Christmas in Lincoln

We spent Christmas in Lincoln at my parent's house where my sister's family also joined us. It was wonderful to have everyone together (but we were definitely missing someone!). It was so much fun to have all the kids together. Sofie and Jackson loved playing with their cousin Brody who is 6 weeks older than them. They also loved getting showered with all the attention from their three older cousins, Grant, Carter and Payton. The older boys are so sweet with the babies!

One of many attempts to get a pic of the 3 babies. They just kept going after all the little trees in my mom's house!

After we got home from church on Christmas Eve, we ate a quick dinner and opened family gifts before going to bed. It was way past Jackson and Sofie's bedtime, but they were so into the all the wrapping paper and bows that it didn't phase them one bit.

Christmas morning... Santa came! We had some boys who were very glad that Santa found them at Nana and Papa's house! I forgot to pack Sofie and Jackson's stockings, but a quick run to Target on Christmas Eve solved that problem for us.

The mayhem begins! As you can see, the 3 babies thought Grant's basketball was for them.

Playing with Brody's new gumball machine. Santa was smart and only brought small, packable presents to Jackson and Sofie so we could take them home on the airplane.

Happy cousins on Christmas:

After Santa came, we all got ready for Christmas dinner and my Aunt Sharon and Uncle Don joined us from Omaha.
