We spent New Year's weekend in Orlando with my parents. They were in town to watch the Huskers play in the Outback Bowl. Our family did not go to the bowl game. Instead, the highlight of our visit was taking the kids to Disney World for the first time. I was a little nervous because they are still pretty young for Disney, but they loved it and we made it from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with only one little meltdown. We have a few days left on our passes, so we'll definitely be going back again this year!

| Jackson... just seconds before falling asleep. He actually napped for almost an hour in the stroller. Sofie - not so much. She never fell asleep until we were leaving the park. She was so good all day, though. |

Jackson LOVED all the characters. He wanted to hug them all and still says, "Jack give _________ hug" whenever he sees one of the characters on a toy or in a book at home. Sofie was a little unsure. She didn't scream and cry like she did with Santa, but she wanted to stay close to mom and dad for sure.

| Until next time, Magic Kingdom! |
Here are a few pics taken at the hotel where we stayed. There are ducks that march twice a day and it draws a pretty good crowd.
